Are you kidding? The Super Committee will be proposing all financial legislation which cannot be filibustered or ammended. It goes to the floor for a straight up or down vote. In addition you have Senators proposing financial legislation. All funding bills have to originat in the House of Representatives. This Super Committee is totally unconstitutional. There are going to be a bunch of lawsuite filed shortly. I love up or down votes. As long s Republicans control at least one house of congress, I have no worries whatsoever. If, however, the liberal left controlled both houses, and the presidency, I would be very worried. Even congress, both houses, cannot pass bills that are unconstitutional.
