We may not always agree with him but Charles Krauthammer correctly stated (on 'The O'Reilly Factor') that because the Democrats have no argument (for more government spending and a larger debt) they have to resort to ad hominum attacks. He's right. They are furious that the TEA party members of congress forced a debate on raising the debt ceiling and took raising taxes off the table. That the deal that was made was just another smoke-and-mirrors scam that will sink the U.S. far deeper into a financial hole while setting us up for higher taxes is beyond frustrating but we must strike back on this terrorist label the left is trying to pin on conservatives. I was pleased to see that Sarah Palin has already refuted the term and called out those who use it, such as V.P. Joe Biden. We can't allow the leftists to smear decent Americans deeply concerned about the direction of their country as if we were all crazy murderers. That is outrageous and must be thrown back in the face of anyone who uses it.

For the life of me I do not understand why there are no republicans or conservative leaders (who the MSM reports on) that will point out the obvious hypocrisy of any progressive or any democrat calling their opposition ‘terrorists’ considering that the progressive movement and the democrat party both have a very long history of actually using ‘terrorism’ as a tactic.

The KKK was a terrorist wing of the democrat party that mass murdered republicans. The progressive movement championed the KKK and the policies of the democrats are still based upon the policies of the KKK (abortion, separation of church and state, redistricting tactics, progressive taxation and affirmative action which deny equal protection under the law, etc…).

Then you have countless other terrorists acts of progressive and democrats with groups like the Weather Underground, ELF, ALF, CodePink, the lists of terrorists among the progressive movement and democrat party go on and on.

Why does not any republican or conservative with the name power to be heard not make the democrats and progressives defend themselves against the historical truth of the evil progressive movement and democrat party terrorists acts that go on all throughout the history of the United States?

The progressives and democrats have even become the defenders of terrorists rights in trying to free Gitmo detainees and get them civilian trials and free up their communication channels.
