Magistrate Judge Richard Puglisi will replace Judge Leslie Kobayashi, who was appointed by President Barack Obama to be a district judge.
Puglisi became a member of the Hawaii Bar in 1981. He began his career as a Navy judge advocate stationed at Pearl Harbor.

Orly asks for an order which compels Fuddy to produce the documents described in the subpoena or be issued a contempt of court citation. FRCP 45(e) CONTEMPT.
The Judge needs to stop this silliness and force her to release all they have.
There should be no “privacy grounds” to be concerned with if Uhhhhbama released the actual document, right? Everything should be identical, right down to the last pixel.
My question is: Why did it get postponed until September? Why not make everyoine appear in court later this week to hash it out? I want to see Uhhhhbama and his protectors exposed and sent to jail for the crimes they’ve perpetrated. Justice delayed is justice delayed, dagnabbit!

A: Mediations. I get really involved in the cases and interact with the parties. It's the closest thing I get to do to practicing law and still be a judge.
Q: What is the strangest thing that has happened in your courtroom?
A: A defendant called me a name. It startled me because it had never happened before and hasn't happened since. I didn't know what to do, so I ignored it.

I suspect that the next round of delays will involve giving Hawaii DOH a new deadline of December or January.
When that deadline comes up, they will claim that the record has been stolen or lost.
The director of Human Services in Hawaii will be fired or arrested, and will be replaced by someone else who will start the whole process all over again... more delays... more circumvention of the court system.
This goes NOWHERE until the Supreme Court holds a hearing for the specific purpose of determining proof of eligibility.
Even then, Obama will be able to delay proceedings until the election by which time he will have accomplished his mission.
I knew that this is what they would do. There is no way that they are going to release that birth certificate without a US Marshall having a gin to someone’s head.
