I believe at one time it was acknowledged to be an ‘abstract’, which makes it legal but unethical, in the sense they passed it off as an original BC. It’s anything but.

They are most likely attempting to play a waiting game of stonewalling for the FOIA case outcome pending in D.C.
Having said that, we all knew, including Dr. Orly and Corsi, that this was most likely the result. This is not necessary a negative view, it gives Dr. Orly more ammunition in D.C. and Hawaii. They were all prepared ahead of time for such inaction. Dr. Orly now has a prominent Legal Firm based in Hawaii to assist her.
It also shows that what Obama has or does not have in Hawaii, is NOT what he showed to the world, and they are admitting this through denial to produce.
No person can be violated of privacy "IF" what you publicly expose is valid. The ONLY way to violate said privacy, is when there is a difference.
