Second of all, quit deflecting from the issue at hand which you yourself raised by this post, the effacacy of the Texas Dream Act.

You Perry Apologizers can't win on this issue. It was a bad law, I don't care how many REPRESENTATIVES voted for it.

Do you really believe if this was put to a vote of the general electorate in Texas today that it would pass?

It won't because the general electorate in Texas are solidly against anything supporting/encouraging Illegal Immigration and that is exactly what this law does.
