Every spending bill for the last three years has included BILLIONS upon BILLIONS of dollars for these things. If that money actually went where it should - and did what this moron things more money would do- we’d have a brand new schools powered completely on renewable energy which kids would ride to on perfectly level streets, likely lined with gold, and whose functionary prowess would lead our kids to the top of the world in academic achievement.
