The SCOTUS has already ruled that the judges can’t declare a moratorium. In fact, one judge was found for civil damages under Section 1983 as they were acting in a *legislative* capacity under color of law. About 30 years ago.

It’s not actually a moratorium ,, however the courts are requiring arbitration AND far more importantly they explicitly state in the order that they WILL entertain standing issues ... NONE of the banksters can show standing.
