Flawed logic:
Following the “mathematical” examples, one cannot dispute that the results would always give “no offspring” for same “sex” couples.
However, if a homosexual offspring can result from “x + y”, then the formulas selection needs a new entry:
x + y = h (h being a homosexual)
Then...
h + x = x, and h + x = y could be just as possible,
as well as...
z + h = x or y or z
and...
z + x = x or y or z
Looks confusing, so my suggestion would be to use a more meaningful set of known variables, like...
M = male, F = Female, HM = homosexual male, HF = homosexual female, and the formulas could become more meaningful and clearer...
So,
M + M != M or F or HF or HM
F + F != M or F or HF or HM
M + F = M or F or HF or HM
M + HF = M or F or HF or HM
M + HM != M or F or HF or HM
F + HF != M or F or HF or HM
HM + HF = M or F or HF or HM
Whatever the causes of homosexuality, we’ll always have them.
Well you have both simply and complicated the equation :)
