“We now have a King, making Law by decree.”

It is time to rein in the President’s use of Executive Orders. And they must have an expiration date...no later than the end if the term in office, even if he is reelected Ex-Orders issued in the first term should be mandated to expire at the end of that first term. Still needed? He has to reissue it.

Also, all Executive Orders should have to be approved by Congress with in 90 days of being issued. Not approved in 90 days? They immediately expire.

Congress needs to address the whole issue of Executive Orders, with clear definition of what an Executive Order can mandate. Executive Orders give the President defacto legislative authority that the Constitution does not grant.

Where in the Constitution does it say the president can order anything?

All he can do is carry out the laws enacted by congress

An executive order cannot be used to make new laws and if Boner had a set he would call Obama into congressional hearings to explain hisself
