The story in EFAD is first rate I think, but I’d like to think that my writing craft has improved with each novel. They only get better.

I’m no lawyer, but it seem like these persons might be breaking Federal Law - not that that is any big deal to these border jumpers or their Democrat enablers in Washington D.C. We will wait to see how fast the Secret Service comes down on this crowd...(crickets).

TITLE 18—CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE

PART I—CRIMES

CHAPTER 115—TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES

Sec. 2385. Advocating overthrow of Government

Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or

Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or

Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

If two or more persons conspire to commit any offense named in this section, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

As used in this section, the terms ``organizes’’ and ``organize’’, with respect to any society, group, or assembly of persons, include the recruiting of new members, the forming of new units, and the regrouping or expansion of existing clubs, classes, and other units of such society, group, or assembly of persons.

Exactly. It isn’t the “land” but the governance, culture and the improvements that they really want. If they get anything back I hope it goes back minus the “improvements” like businesses, buildings, highways and so forth.

Sorry, brother, but you’re wrong. No offense.

Most Mexicans as we know are primarily of Indian heritage. There are a small minority of what you would call white Spanish, who make up the wealthy upper class of Mexican society. These are the decendants of the Spanish who conquered Mexico and others who subsequently came from Spain to settle. These individuals have no reason to come to the U.S. illegally; they have everything they could possibly want in Mexico. I used to date one when I was in college. The situation is similiar throughout most central and South American nations.
In Spain, unless you are in the very south, you will find the majority of natives indistinguishable from the French or Italians.

Unlikely. Used to go out to some Nat. Forest land east of San Diego to plink and sight-in. Gang-banger types often showed up with an assortment of toys.

They would spend their time and ammo blasting away at the dirt right in front of them. Appeared they liked seeing the dust fly. Absolutely no attempt made at marksmanship. At 100 yards, unlikely they could hit squat.

I have been contemplating moving to Arizona. I also bought a Rock River AR not too long ago. Is there any American law specifically on civilians and invaders? I don't want to get in the way of people on our side who are competent soldiers, then again I wouldn't feel bad about shooting at people trying to conquer my country.

What an interesting place Mexico might be if ALL illegal Mexican immigrants and ALL of their anchor offspring were repatriated to their homeland. To take back with them, their American cultural experience.

So maybe it wasn’t just attack our basic human right of self defense but to spark a war for the southeastern part of country?

It’s the Fast –n- Furious gift that keeps on giving..

Honestly folks, back in Nov 2008 did anyone even fathom how bad it would be with Obammy the incompetent?

Two photos says it all, for me:

San Jacinto battle report (my underlines) Evidently La Raza wants a replay: "Fought on April 21, 1836, . . . the Texian Army engaged and defeated General Antonio López de Santa Anna's Mexican forces in a fight that lasted just eighteen minutes. About 630 of the Mexican soldiers were killed and 730 captured, while only nine Texans died."

No, we have committed suicide.

There are lots of them. They’re well armed. They’re criminals so their “Rules of Engagement” are pretty broad.

ON the other hand, our RoEs are will be tightly restricted and our own humanitarian principles will be used against us. That is not a winning situation.

So hopefully this is just provocative hotair.

"Latino groups believe they have enough people in states such as California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas to successfully wage a war on the United States.

The have the white man's names, they have the white man's religion and they speak the white man's language. They are white people who want revolutionary Communism and the enslavement of their followers.

Not to mention that even if they had claim they held Texas for 10 years and the rest for 20. The U.S. has held it for going on 170 years. We’ve also paid them money I believe too.

They want to say they own something acquired by conquest (and not even by them), yet they don’t want to acknowledge that we have held that territory by conquest nearly 10X longer than they have.

They have no claim.
