I do not necessarily agree with tax breaks as an incentive for hiring. I think tax increases are a better incentive.

BRILLIANT!!!!! why didn't someone else think of this before? Higher costs will translate into more expensive employees and higher prices at the check out. What could go wrong.

The DUmmie is probably hooked on make-work infrastructure projects as being our salvation. Clueless? Yes. Economically challenged? Absolutely. A DUmmie? For sure! With no clue as to what constitutes good policy for creating private sector jobs. After all, that's the enemy.
