Project Gangwalker——

From article:

Fact is, the principal market for straw-purchased weapons in Indiana is Chicago....

BTW — The info my friend (REDACTED) sent on how convicted felons being allowed to buy guns (thx to FBI giving an “okay” on the data base search) is itself a felony — this is a point, IMHO, worth hammering away at in damn near every piece. As (Redacted) pointed out, only two ways for a convicted felon to buy a gun: (1) Presidential pardon (Mark Rich can buy); and (2) get conviction overturned.

Everyone involved in approving sale to convicted felons has in fact committed a felony... we need an Independent Prosecutor...

Your call for expanding congressional actions to include Judiciary and Foreign Affairs is POINT ON!!!”

Do I have this right? In 2009, at the behest of the Evansville, Indiana office (ATF Agent Kevin Whittaker), the Indiana gun dealer was virtually coerced by ATF into participating in Gunwalker (in this case, Chicago Gangwalker) and for his cooperation, he gets harassed by another branch of ATF and theoretically accused of abusing his right to sell guns because an unusual number of the guns he has sold have in short time been used in crimes?

Then furthermore, because the dealer is threatened with prosecution for noncompliance, he must, at his own expense, hire a lawyer in order to inform the Fed ATF left hand what the Fed ATF right hand is doing?

Five days-—Is that record FED response time with two personal phone calls from two NTC chiefs?

How many other “participating” dealers did this happen to?

And the initial letter to the dealer from NTC Chief Houser was dated Feb 14, 2011. Isn’t this when the Gunwalker story first started to break?

Indiana? in 2009? -— Is this not explosive?

The only way for it to be more expl;osive wold be if local law-enforcement, at behest of Federal law-enforcement, took advantage of Indiana’s Supreme Court’s repudiation of the legal right to resist unlawful police entries and raided him w/o warrant.
