It really does not matter if the President does or does not get along with Congress. If he wants to practice "Open Innovation" he needs to engage business and investors. He should not listen to GE. GE knows how to run a multi billion dollar established entity. GE innovates buy buying companies, not creating new markets. Young firms find new markets, create new value propositions, and drive economic growth. Economic growth creates jobs.

Call it the “Dead Letter Box” because Prezo Knucklehead has no conception of reason, no respect for the U.S. Constitution, and no use for American exceptionalism. I.E., the Prez ain’t reading anything that suggests reason. This is as empty as any of his ideas or promises!
It would be a “Dead Letter Box”. The only person Obama listens to is Obama. His arrogance outdistances his intelligence by miles.
