I’m confused - are we talking about children, or college aged adults?
We are talking about high school graduates who have been in TX for 3 years and who are working towards citizenship.
It cheelrens especially when we are talking college. Doesn’t matter that they are 18-25 year olds. Cheelrens is meant to make you seem mean if you oppose it.
Disagree with Perry’s position: discount education for people who shouldn’t be here when you won’t give citizen out of staters the same consideration? Really?
