No mention of the fact that Texas has a voter ID requirement to keep illegals from voting, in-state tuition is not free tuition, that many of the states have the same thing.

If a U.S. Citizen from Ohio comes to Texas, they will not pay the lower in-state tuition rate. If a criminal invader comes to Texas, they pay the lower in-state tuition rate.

Can you fathom the problem with this situation?

You are wrong on that. If an out of state person moves to Texas they get in-state tuition after 1 year. The children of illegals have to have been there 3 years. That favors the one from Ohio, who only paid property tax and sales tax for 1 year over the guy/gal who has paid it for 3 years.

BTW, everyone has to pay their own tuition, it's not a freebie paid for by Texas.
