I’ve seen the sleepers. When they pop back up, they don’t often last long.

I’m amazed at the regular paleo-posters that seem to recite the left’s talking points but still don’t get fried. Sooner or later, they tend to fart off to the wrong person and get slammed.

Back on topic, and to repeat what I said up thread, Perry wasn’t perfect but was still acceptable. Now he’s moved out into Romney territory. There’s no way I will vote for Mitt.

Perry needs to understand that we get called “heartless” enough by our political enemies. The comment will hurt him.

Yeah, it hurt him a lot and I don't know if he can fix it. He did do a lot to improve the business climate in Texas. I live in Arizona and we do a lot of work in Texas and I've seen the change (and how much it has eased the burden on business). I've talked to enough Texans to know that he was behind a lot of it and he has been very clever in enticing business to Texas.

Sigh, of well, instead of discussing the economy we seem to be arguing over laws that were passed 10 years ago and and EO that got recinded quite a few years ago. I guess everyone here is making tons of money and none are unemployed because it sure doesn't seem to matter to any of them.
