I remember some republicans being trashed because they used his middle name. Bill Cunningham for one. He still uses it. PC be darned, they say once a muslim always a muslim.

No, not exactly - His most important, most influential “worshipers” are the homosexuals - particularly those in the ABCNNBCBS media, Hollywood, Washington and New York. THOSE are the one who he really wants to work for actually.
Next significant are the militant pro-abortion group - both male and female. He will never betray them. Ever.
Now, numerically, there are more Muslims than homosexuals and militant pro-abortionists. There are more black voters than liberal Jewish/atheist voters(together with your other basic anti-christian groups). But the anti-Christian groups and black and Mexican/Hispanic groups will vote for him anyway: He has no reason to pander to their sensitivities.
He needs the black, Jewish, anti-christian voter blocks. But he really WANTS to support Muslims internationally and WANTS to support every homosexual agenda.
