You mean he is quitting to make some money? It was always about him or stockholders - never about our country.

Look at the source closely. The Christian Science Monitor (very liberal) citing someone at NBC speculating based on something some blog said.
Not exactly a trustworthy pattern to conclude he is actually doing that. At that, considering the source and how it is written, I would bet it is actually an out and out bogus report.
