Rep. Paul Gosar jabbed back at Attorney General Eric Holder after he swiped at him and other congressional Operation Fast and Furious investigators in a late Friday letter. Gosar also added his name to the short but growing list of those in Congress calling for the attorney generals immediate resignation.
It [Holders letter] is rhetoric. I think its funny that thats the heat we take now when were in the focus of hearings and the focus of calls for his resignation, Gosar told The Daily Caller. [He says] ooh, we want to sing Kumbayah and bring everybody together so that we can diffuse that. Its also interesting that he and leadership in the Justice Department didnt really exercise that in Arizona by reaching out and really trying to work on issues they just continue to dictate accordingly.
Weve seen this over and over again accused of political posturing that the administration is really guilty of, Gosar added. Its false rhetoric.

Exactly. We’re in an extreme pickle.
The country might depend on somebody like Sheriff Joe. Arizona has been on the front-lines of war with both the Muslim and drug terrorists, and they’ve got the DOJ arming the barbarians with one hand and holding Arizona law enforcement down from enforcing the border with the other hand.
It was a good sign that 5 democratic sheriffs stood with 5 republican sheriffs to call for Holder to resign. These are people who have lost friends to the traitorous AG and whose families and communities are threatened. They are men and women of action, and I’m hoping they will soon - as a unit - get fed up enough to arrest both Holder and Obama for crimes against the people of Arizona. If not as a result of Fast & Furious then in response to Obama perjuring himself to get on AZ’s presidential ballot.
I agree with you, 100%.
This may be a naïve question, but could some AZ district attorney file charges (or civil suit) against Holder?
Can you indict the AG of the USA?
That’s been my question for some time. When I asked my local sheriff about investigating Obama for forgery he said my evidence was very interesting and he would pass it along to the county attorney but didn’t think it would go anywhere from there because they don’t have funds to do that kind of investigation. I imagine I’d get the same response if I asked about investigating and/or prosecuting Holder.
When I spoke to the FBI they said they don’t investigate document fraud (liars!); I don’t know if they investigate perjury. When I contacted the US Attorney they said they don’t take cases from the general public but take cases referred from the FBI so I should report to the FBI. (sigh)
In theory I would think there has to be somebody in law enforcement who has the power to arrest all the political bigwigs, or else they are above the law. The problem is finding anybody who has both the jurisdiction and the balls to do it.
So I’d very much like to know the answer to your question also. Maybe some legal eagles can clue us in.
