Maybe they would do that with gun seizures.
They are too careful when it counts. Abortion, right to work (unions), Health Care, green law, and energy are just some examples. When ALL have been successful and not refuted by our side in any meaningful way (like law) or reduction of expenditures by ALL the taxpayers. See, even when the left is wrong everyone pays for it anyway!
