Suddenly you’re interested in science and the scientific process, even after knowing that Rossi is giving business demos rather than science demos? After discarding the 14,700 times that the Pons-Fleischmann effect has been replicated?

Here's the translation:
After a year of work, the government experts had concluded that "the production process implemented is beyond the purpose 'specifications laid down by law governing the treatment and processing of mineral oils and the consequent granting Interministerial Commission and which' was convened ". The activities 'of Omar Lacchiarella, in short, had nothing to do with "tax products similar to crude oil", a category introduced in' 82 with a leggina sponsored by the DC and PSI. Based on laboratory tests, hydrocarbons did not exceed 3 per cent, the rest of the product was formed by water (23%) and three-quarters of a cocktail of industrial solvents, acids much to put in serious danger of the same columns Distillation.
The entire article in Italian is here.

Indeed, the “enemy” characterization is his not mine.

Rossi calls Krivit a “snake”.

What else have you not been following in LENR?

Wouldn't a refutation of Widom-Larson theory be big scientific news?

After discarding the 14,700 times that the Pons-Fleischmann effect has been replicated?

What's your source for the 14,700 number and what does it have to do with Rossi?

Rossi calls Krivit a “snake”.

Rossi is known for strange tirades. Besides, that means Rossi doesn't like Krivit, not the other way around.

The most interesting part of the article comes at the end:

“And he (judge?) added a curious detail: the best customers of the Dragon Petrol included a paper mill in the province of Frosinone, that between January ‘91 to March’ 92 had purchased 600 tons of fuel self-sufficient. Too bad that the factory had stopped production since ‘90.”

Ghost customer?

From this article posted...

Of all 56 prosecutions, the ones which led to imprisonment ended with acquittals; only 5 of the prosecutions for tax crime ended with convictions (with some custody imprisonments). All of the other prosecutions ended with acquittal or for statute of limitation. The same Petroldragon and Omar customers, even those who suffered factory seizures or prosecutions because of involvement with Rossi’s companies, testified as witnesses in favor of the defendant .

You have not been following this famous feud in the LENR circles.

What else have you missed?

Seriously??

“What’s your source for the 14,700 number and what does it have to do with Rossi?”

Why are you posting, night after night, post after post, if YOU, MrMOON, don’t know that?

You are here to harass and be a bully.

BullyMoon, go to bed, it’s past your bed time.

YOU contribute not a SINGLE synapse of thought, not a itty bitty bit of reason, not even anything new.

Are you a computer?

A paid shill?

***I have posted it several times, probably several times to you. You go fetch.

That's Rossi's side of the story. He has "character issues." Do you have any other source?

Whay don't you tell me about it, otherwise I see no reason to believe that Krivit considers Rossi an enemy.

That must mean Rossi didn't publish, or it isn't scientific. Go ahead and post it on this thread if you're afraid to open a new one.

I have posted it several times, probably several times to you. You go fetch.

You have no problem posting links to seagull poop over and over. I guess your source isn't any good.

Andrea Rossi's Petroldragon Story
by Andrea Rossi (Source: http://ingandrearossi.com/)
Translation by Alex Passi and Domenico Pozzetti

According to you, "Here is the story, as represented by Steven Krivit, who is in enmity with Rossi. So it is a good place to find the set of facts that both sides can agree on."

In fact, you have posted an article by Andrea Rossi about Andrea Rossi downplaying Andrea Rossi's criminal past. Am I being generous by assuming that you've gotten your wires crossed on two different threads?

The core of the story:
Until 1987 the raw materials used by Petroldragon for the production of fuel oil was considered secondary refuse matter, meaning waste from processing of raw materials, or other materials resulting from the recovery and recycling of waste. At that time, products derived from these materials were exempted from requiring any permission for waste disposal .

Without any warning and any explanation, suddenly all secondary materials similar to those obtained and used by Petroldragon were considered toxic waste. Consequently, all products derived therefrom were considered toxic waste as well. The activities of acquisition, storage, handling of such materials and products suddenly required government permits and government concessions. Since before that date, this never had been a requirement, Petroldragon obviously did not have permits or licenses for waste treatment .

Up to then, Petroldragon activities were always in conformance from a public authorities point of view. They were now suddenly considered illegal and unauthorized. By legislative decree, in a very short time, all equipment was sequestered. The government then determined that tanks used for storing incoming raw materials were illegal dumps of toxic waste .
The key questions to ask are:

1. Who in the government wanted to get paid off but didn't?
2. Who had a competing interest harmed by Rossi's process?
3. Who knew whom in the government that he was able to use to get Rossi's process out of the way by a redefinition of terms?

It reminds me of people who point to the effluent of water from certain power plants as "waste being introduced into the environment" without mentioning that the water going out was cleaner than it was coming into the plant.

In 1973, Rossi graduated in Philosophy of Science and Engineering at the University of Milan

When I do a Google search on that particular degree and Milan the only results are for Andrea Rossi. That makes me wonder if that degree is fake too.

Not only that, but it's a very odd name for a degree. "Philosophy of ..." sounds like a degree studying ABOUT science (e.g. what are characteristics of scientific investigation, etc.), not actually studying science. Also, what level degree is that? An associate's? A bachelor's? Certainly not higher, since a bachelor's is required to go for either a master's or PhD. I'm sure the word "philosophy" is stuck in there to make it sound like Rossi has an advanced education, without actually calling himself a "doctor."

It is interesting to look at the University of Milan website (which, helpfully, is in English). Nothing resembling Rossi's declared major is listed.

What is this? A man crush?

You're term seagulls is pathetic. Anytime someone posts something you don't like you use that lame word, you sound like a ten year old and as I asked before, is it your term that you're trying to popularize? I've never read it anywhere else but on posts by you. I could be wrong but don't people call those kinds of posters drive bys?

If, as the article mentions about his water to fuel process, why doesn't he use his water to fuel magic process here in America? If what was written was true, then guess what, he already had a game changing winner, why switch gears and go to the Ecat when he supposedly had a valid process already for fuel?

This kind of behavior is what makes me think this is a scam. The inventors can't be satisfied with one invention, they always have several that can cure cancer, create free energy and balance my checkbook and save the world.

Boy, talk about personal attacks!!

How UNcivil of you!!!

It is Mr Moon that has a man crush on Kevmo.

He just can’t stay away, poor thing.

“Anytime someone posts something you don’t like you use that lame word, you sound like a ten year old ...”

It is you that sounds like a ten year old.

Expecting adults to engage in reasoned debate is not acting like a ten year old, silly.

Get a life, and grow up.
