Free Republic has been hearing from the Cold Fusion Seagulls all about how Andrea Rossi supposedly went to jail for fraud. It is not true. Here is the story, as represented by Steven Krivit, who is in enmity with Rossi. So it is a good place to find the set of facts that both sides can agree on. This story is by Rossi himself.
