Funny how that second tire gets bumped, rolls uphill, bumps another tire and then continues to roll uphill.

Perhaps the set inclines...

They used weights attached to the top of the tires to do that - pretty cool effect.

there is a weight inside the top of the tires and when bumped off-center, it will roll uphill
