Cain and Newt have known each other very well for years and years via many Georgia connections, including the Neil Boortz radio show, where they are both frequent guests and have even guest-hosted. (Cain had his own night time talk show.) Cain and Newt both believe they know the minds of the other man like their own hands. Both believe they have nothing to fear, nothing to lose, and only positive press to gain for a real brain tester, instead of the typical MSM-hosted pseudo debates we’ve seen so far.
Just my dos centavos.
You might be looking at a “ticket” when this is said and done.
I think you have nailed it.
Interesting info. Another thing I’ve been seeing in Cain is that he doesn’t back down from a challenge. He puts himself out there like few candidates ever would or have. People criticize him here that he “wastes his time” and “he’s hurting himself” by going on MSNBC or debating Gingrich, but I think it shows that the guy’s fearless.
Or maybe he doesn’t have any sense, I don’t know, but I’m certainly willing to find out!

I agree.
I expect them to be generous and respectful to one another and the result to be a thoroughly fascinating debate on various conservative approaches.
I would think the real danger here -— in the sense that this author seems to be trying to find a political danger -— is that they end up agreeing with each other too much.
