Another way to copy and paste is to select your item and press, “Ctrl + C” then paste with, “Ctrl + V”
Does that work for you?

If your problem is with Internet Explorer, your version of Office shouldn’t be an issue.
I do cutting/pasting all the time. Both text and graphics. Graphics are usually copied for insertion into a FR post. Text I sometimes copy in order to keep a hard copy of an article for later reference. But that’s only stuff I want to have a permanent copy of in case the page is removed.
I use Firefox, IE being a security black hole. And the newer version that came with my Windows 7 PCs is a real pain the way its laid out.
Sometimes updates can cause problems with IE.
Is it me or is FireFox 7.0 etc running slow? I have tried everything including removal of firewalls and anti-spyware, of which I hear do not play well @ times w/ FF. Or it is XP and Firefox w/ an old 32 bit machine? Time for Ubuntu....
Take a look at your add-ons. I had to remove/disable several plug-ins that I saw no use for. Now it’s running fairly well. Still, FR slows down when usage gets heavy.

how do you get rid of yahoo’s tool bar,
and ghostery?
