I wouldn’t rule out Perry having a hand in this. He’s competing with Cain for conservative votes. He’s scrapped the bottom of the barrel in Texas campaigns, I’m sure nothing would stop him from doing it at the national level.

Did Perry jump in his time machine back and go back to the 90s to pay these women to file false charges, or did he have incredible foresight back then that he'd be running against Cain 20 years later?
