Lets see the records......Soviet Union went nuclear under Truman. China carried out first nuclear test at Lop Nor under JFK. Under Clinton, India and Pakistan went nuclear. North Korea went nuclear in 2009 under Obama and now Iran.

I have a slight correction. Actually Chinese Lop Nor nuclear test happened under Lyndon B. Johnson. I am still correct about the Democrat part ;)
