My understanding is that they’ll just pass SB5 in increments if Issue 2 fails.
Or they could just lay off a crap-load of public union workers.
I’m fine with either solution...
Now that would be a fun ultimatum: fire 500 public union workers every day that Reid refuses to pass a budget!
