Kagan isn’t a deciding vote anyway. All four dems will vote against us. The fix is only in if Scalia and/or Kennedy decide the government can do whatever the hell it wants to do.

Good Point. the government can do whatever the hell it wants to do ... yep, the government can do whatever the hell it wants to do. One would hope the government would do what the people want the government to do. Then our representatives would say .... this is a republic not a democracy. At least the statement by the representatives would be correct, yet signs of an oligarchy are showing up in their ranks. Looks like the problem is widespread.
