[ he called a special session this year and couldn’t get anyone to show up so he had to call a second session and still not everything was accomplished. ]

Theres a problem?... I fail to see a problem..
Texas State government is already way to big.. and meets too much..
Everything not being accomplished should be Normal and normalized..

Although I know this is satire, the whole premise that Congress needs a lot of time to pass bad bills is unfounded.

Now that it is established that bills need not be actually read or understood by congress before passing them, and as it has been continuously demonstrated that no matter how long congress has to do something, nothing will ever get done before the deadline is looming, much like an NBA game, and as the rules have been changed so that there is no longer anything actually resembling a filibuster, it is clear congress has the talent to pass just as many bad bills as they do today if they only met for as little as a weak a year, they are that good.

Note: To our patients: Due to staffing issues, this Planned Parenthood location is temporarily closed. Our nearest location to serve you is in xxxxxxx. For patients able to travel there, xxxxx offers appointments and current patients may call to see if they are eligible to pick up supplies…. We do not anticipate open days here in October but will update this phone message as soon as we schedule open dates for November.

13th Planned Parenthood to close after defunding by the Perry administration. To say Perry has no leadership because the Democrats fled to New Mexico to avoid making the hard decisions is very Cainesque of you. Perry mocked those Democrats and publicly shamed them.

Leadership = mocking? He’s the governor and they sunbathed at the Holiday Inn for 6 weeks. Oooh, that’s some real harsh mocking there. That mock embarrassed them so much that they then high tailed it to Oklahoma.

A lot of states have part time legislatures and it is a good idea to carry over to Congress. It will force them to deal with important tuff and not give them enough time to do bull$h!t stuff like 55 mph speed limits or micro-mange people’s lives !

Perry was elected governor, not the King of Texas. He has no jurisdiction outside of Texas. Your sentiment is a democratic sentiment, not a conservative sentiment.

Ludicrous?

Is that right, Mr. Hoyer?

Tell me, WHAT could possibly be more ludicrous than being a lifelong HACK in an idiotic and totally outmoded party like the Democrats?

Add to that your very “desirable”(/s) job of playing second fiddle to a half-senile, lying old bag?

So WHO is engaged in ludicrousness, Mr. Hoyer? Please set me straight.

“Governor Perry doesn’t understand the importance of our work.

Open the books lets see what these criminals have been up to financially while they were in office representing THE PEOPLE. Insider trading? jail!
