I do not think it is the federal government’s place to help ANYONE, rich or poor, improve their ‘unimaginable areas’...
I just wish I had internet at my home! No DSL or Cable, and my T-mobile phone worked great as an Edge wi-fi hotspot for about a month and then it died and hasn’t worked for over two months. Just that tower. And I’m on the phone with them every week or so.
