Exactly. If they have registered to vote illegally, and voted, used false ID's or SSN's, have DUI's, or have been convicted of any crime, they will be given a hearing with an opportunity to submit why they should be allowed to stay, and then if they don't meet the criteria, summarily deported.

Deportation does not work for me for voter fraud. They should do time in prison before deportation. Do you remember the case of the illegal that was acquitted of identity theft because he didn't know the fake SSN he was assigned belonged to an actual citizen? I do.

How many of them have been assigned "valid" SSN's or Driver's Licenses, have been allowed to buy property and take out mortgages without proper identification, have been allowed to work without proper documentation, or have been convicted of crimes and allowed to stay illegally? What should happen to those who looked the other way? And how will we get the answers without some kind of review board?

Too many. All of these docs have been used to vote illegally. In AZ, you didn't really have to prove you were legal to get these docs. If you had the alternative required docs (none of which proved you were a US citizen), you were allowed to vote. We need real reform/proof of citizenship in this area.

In my humble opinion, not many would meet the criteria outlined by Gingrich, so a lot of people will ultimately be deported. The question is how to get 11-12 million people, to voluntarily submit to a fair and unbiased procedure?

That is the rub. They will not do so. Why should they? If you don't go after those that have broken the law, why would anyone else?

That is the rub. And that’s why you need all states to be on the same page, through enforcement of a federal law that all will agree with. It won’t work with a few states enforcing one set of rules, while others enforce something totally opposite. Nor will it work without sealing the border first. You deport them today, they come back tomorrow. FNC did a documentary about this recently, riding on the bus with the deported, and filming them crossing right back over, to be with their wives and children.
