It amazes me that Perry is expected to fully secure the US border with Mexico. He already spends millions of TX taxpayer dollars each year to "help" secure the border. It is enormous and certainly not the sole burden of Texans while everyone else uses their state taxes to build schools and roads. It is apparently the belief of many that Texans and Rick Perry should shoulder the full burden of doing what the US government should be doing.

So you’re another who selfishly wants Texas taxpayers to unilaterally pay for your National border control? $400 million in the last 5 years, with $200 million scheduled for the next two years is not enough?
