What I meant was that if the oil futures took a dump, it means the market believes in e-cat. (insiders getting out of oil early)
I think this is either a translation or reportage error. The small units are not planned to be "thermoelectric" (i.e. use semiconductor heat to electric conversion), but simply small genset systems using normal heat-to-mechanical-to-electrical.

But he doesn't have even one available for testing, under very favorable conditions.
