You're looking really, really stupid. Perry can't cvut their pay and never said he would. He said he'd have his pay cut and then work to cut Congress's pay and make them part time. Governor Perry is very well acquainted with Constitution. Perhaps you two would benefit by doing a little research to see what the man has actually said and what he's actually promising to work for.
In case you didn't know the President also can't:
Improve the economy
reform the tax code
create jobs
pass a budget
pass a law
build a border fence
or any other damned thing on his own. All a President can do is STAND FOR SOMETHING and use the bully pulpit to encourage the American people to force Congress to do what they want them to do. So shut up and grow up!

Wow, Presidents can only stand for something? I guess Presidents have no power at all. Go figure. We were wanting to get the right candidate in because of the power the President has, yet, we only needed to ask you to find out the President has no power at all.
