Wow, I didn’t know the two were diametrically opposed; you learn something new everyday /s When the GOP again starts supporting liberty and freedom, then I’ll be sure to give ‘em the vote. Don’t piss on my leg telling me it’s raining.
And I’ll concede on one part of your ‘gov’t power’ screed: national borders. Otherwise, they have (or should I say SHOULD) no say what crosses between the states. Unless, that is, the verbiage of the Constitution has changed somewhere along the lines. Or would that be another ‘between the lines’ ruling from the ‘illustrious’ USSC (talking about a body who has no idea what it means)?
Keep up the one party rule (Boehner?...Boehner?? anyone??), I for one am refusing to play the game anymore.
Conservatism 101:
The Conservative understands that the United States of America was founded on Judeo-Christian values and morals. It was NOT founded on secular humanist values.
THIS MEANS:
-—A Conservative fights against the homosexual agenda.
-—A Conservative fights against legalizing drugs and prostitution.
-—A Conservative fights against abortion.
For the gazillionth time on this thread:
FREE REPUBLIC IS A CONSERVATIVE SITE! IT’S NOT A LIBERALTARIAN SITE!
If you’re unwilling to vote for a Conservative Republican, (and I’ll grant you that they’re an endangered species), you’re part of the problem, not the solution.
