The Muzzy family has to have time to notify other Muzzy family members in this country as well as in the Middle East and Europe and their respective mosques so they can all celebrate his act of jihad.

For some reason I thought the criminal justice system normally publishes the name of the perp immediately and withholds the name(s) of the victim(s).
