Go back to the late 60’s and you’ll find some of the first black extremist guerrilla groups were in Cleveland. Killed at least one police officer. The name of one of the leaders was Ahmed something or other. Details are in a House Committee on Un-American Activities hearing (from a set of hearings) entitled “Subversive Involvement in Riots, Burning and Looting”.

Cleveland has never had a population anywhere near 2,250,000. I think it peaked at about 750,000 a few decades ago and is now down to about 400,000 people.

Whoever wrote this is obviously doing some serious sidewalk pharmaceuticals.
