Doing a little math ... each serving adds 410 grams of CO2 with 1.7 billion served daily I get 769,655 tons created daily or roughly 281 million tons annually.

I like Coke, have stock in it but if they really want to do the right thing they should probably just shut down.

Of course the slack would likely be taken up by Pepsi and others so all it would do is put a whole lot of people out of work.

Maybe we could outlaw CO2 in all beverages - no fizz but we could save the planet. ;-)

All those tons of CO2 from Coke hasn't killed us yet and I'd bet it won't. :-)

I drink soda very seldom but when I do I like coke, however with their enviro whacko move I'll forgo it.
