You honestly believe that’s a viable solution?
That’s the way it used to be, before the government wrested control away from charities. If you wanted charity from the church, you chopped wood.
Your constant baiting people for a solution shows you have none and you have no real interest in solving a problem. Troll.
Any retailer who sells a product on a government give away card which should not be purchased with that card should be fined 100x the cost of each and every item.
This is theft from those of us who have worked all our lives only to have a significant portion of that work stolen from us and given to people who do not deserve a penny.
There must be tighter controls over OUR money (it is not the governments money but OURS) and generational welfare is theft pure and simple. In our PC culture anyone who dares complain is immediately given a race card.
If someone is physically unable to work then I would gladly give to a charity to assure they have the essentials of life but don’t for a second play the game you are attempting to play and imply there is no solution. How many time have you read Saul Alinsky? Seems you are quite familiar with the vile pukes tactics.
Wouldn't you honestly be happier down at your local Occupy camp than here among the right-wing Neanderthals?
The overwhelming preponderance of anecdotes here points to a system that is being looted on a vast scale by a huge class of professional moochers and parasites.
The drastic solutions (complete privatization of all benefits, loss of the franchise for food stamp recipients, etc.) that seem to horrify you are mild compared to what will happen when the whole welfare bubble pops.
