The language is still in there because Rand Paul tried to attach an ammendment excluding US citizens and it was defeated. He said that he explicity asked the committee if their language meant that US citizens inside the USA could be rounded up and detained indefinitley without counsel or a court hearing and he was told yes.
If you watched John McStain on Greta last week defending this travesty he was positively demonic. The look on his face and the way he spoke was just creepy. Greta was not buying it and he just would not give it up. I think most people have no idea how serious this is and how the republican party has betrayed the american people.
My personal belief is that this legislation has nothing to do with terrorism. The powers that be know the financial train is too far down the tracks to stop. We are headed for a crash that is probably beyond the average person’s ability to anticipate. There will likely be a full blown rebellion and they know it. This is the preparation for wholesale rounding up of americans and holding them in detention camps which are currently being staffed up. There are ads out from the govt for sub contractors for these camps. We are heading for martial law.

I am hoping that one of the conservative groups files a lawsuit headed to the SCOTUS. Thats about all you can do unless you want to initiate the 1776 solution which will not happen unless the govt really does start wholesale roundups. At some point I imagine that will happen. There is a reason for this new legislation and it has nothing to do with terrorism.
I didn’t watch the last debate, did they talk about Fast and Furious, how’bout Corzine being mentioned, was this new 2012 National Defense Authorization Act discussed? You know Congress just voted and passed it. That loser Holder, was he mentioned? Any support for or against the Wisconsin recalls?
The ACLU will file suit on US citizens behalf as soon as they are done helping the pink ladies file suit for women’s rights against Muslims.

Anybody who does not have 1 year of food stored up and the means to protect it better get cracking.
This isn’t about ‘protecting Americans’ - it’s about ‘protecting Big Gov’t FROM Americans’.
This “Act” is treasonous, as is every Congressman that signed it.
