Romney is not popular in the Red States. The Red States will decide the nominee. January has 4 primary/caucuses. And why does IA get more delegates when they have a lower population than South Carolina? Who gives IA all this power when they have fewer people living in their state? That's jacked up.

Yes. Newt has good numbers in the most recent S.C. and Florida poll numbers. The problem is - is that those poll numbers are no longer very recent.
By the time S.C. and Florida rolls around, Newt’s numbers in those states may no longer be there. By that time, the electorate at large may very well have decided to submit to notion of Mitt. Or just as likely, the Not Romney’s will still be fractured.
