Maybe he is trying to improve morally by having sex only with those (from now on) in no condition to acquire his infection?
In other news, the idea of monogamous relations only with one's actual spouse is looking better and better all the time. It's not merely moral. It may well be a matter of life and death. This guy is going to give promiscuity and adultery and fornication a bad name: SUICIDE!
