If Obama thinks he has a tight race on his hands (i.e. no Willard to crush) then Hillary with unbelievable high national favorability numbers for some reason will DEFINITELY replace Biden who has said for 20 years that his dream job was Sec of State.
It’s an easy no-brainer for Obama.
