How many of these ‘officers’ are polluting our military
Ping.
I thought the panel was to discuss American Exceptionalism.
The title of the article should have been:
“Acedemia Accuracy Advocates Gather to Blame America for 9/11: Teaching Others the Same”
I was on the Academy faculty in years past. As with virtually all colleges, those in the science/engineering departments are a vastly different breed than those in the marshmallow side.
An added indicator of the fall of our military academies is the fact that there is actually a group of folks (directly under the Supt, I believe) dedicated to “diversity”.
We may as well close the place up...it’s doomed.
Not surprising that there is at least one grammatical error in an article from a site called academia.org.
Kings claimed divine right, not divine rite.
Did the article indicate he was an officer?
The ‘infiltration’ is obviously much deeper and pervasive than any of us would like to think.

You’re right it doesn’t say that, but does it make a difference. He’s teaching this crap at the Academy.
You’re either teaching people to be exceptional or you’re teaching them to be average.
I’d rather be exceptional.

DC - Social Actions (now “Military Equal Opportunity”) is the operational arm of this mindset. It is also the biggest collection of misfit toys I’ve ever come in contact with in my 26+ years (so far) of USAF service.
As a cadet, I took a class entitled “The History of Christianity”... taught by a militant secular humanist. Didn’t go very well...
The real question is why would a service academy grant tenure to professors?
“does it make a difference?”
When I lived in Colorado and associated with academy cadets and teachers, it would have.
If this evil swine had puked that stuff on the cadets, some captain would have set them straight, and he’d have had a lot more credibility because he was an active-duty officer.
“As a cadet, I took a class entitled The History of Christianity... taught by a militant secular humanist. Didnt go very well...”
I hope you gave the scoundrel a heart attack.
Well he’s puking that stuff on cadets now, cadets who will be tomorrows officers. Obviously some current officers are quite alright with his agenda.
“Well hes puking that stuff on cadets now, cadets who will be tomorrows officers.”
Yes, but that doesn’t mean that the cadets are eating it with a spoon, like some New York princess.
“Obviously some current officers are quite all right with his agenda.”
Some, yes. I retired over 13 years ago, so I don’t know how many, and I was Navy any way. I hope the situation is not as bad as some seem to think it is.
If there’s one of him there are probably more. There is an obvious agenda and our children are the target.
