I certainly hope they are at their end. I was in a union as a young man, and I've never seen and entity that promoted and enforced mediocrity as much as unions.

Unions are for the "group-minded", and cannot grasp the concept of individual achievement.

Basically they have turned into rackets.

Its no different than any other socialistic institution. They kill all instinct toward responsibility. After all, why hinder yourself with responsibility when you can just dump your responsibility on the rest of society. Its the same reason children are being left alone at these leftist occupations.
