I think you have a great point about not being able to prove 14th amendment citizenship, but there could be another issue too. Assuming that neither of his birth certificates were “forged,” either A) he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro and is legally supposed to be using the newer replacement birth certificate than his original, or B) he was born “en route” which is what happens for births at sea or on airplanes. This phrase is supposed to be on the birth certificates, but under the law, the port of arrival can be used as the “place of birth” providing that the local hospital examines the baby and confirms it is a newborn (and not some older child being smuggled in from another country). Obama may have been born when his mother was traveling from God knows where, and he just doesn’t know where he was born, and he doesn’t want to try to explain why it says “en route” on his birth certificate, because THEN he can’t technically even be a 14th amendment citizen, even under the broadest interpretation. He’s not even a statutory citizen at that point because his mother is too young. Two words could sink his ship faster than the Iranians can clone a drone.

Oh, yes he is. The age requirement applied only to married women, but Anarchist Annie was not validly married to BHO, Sr., because he already had a wife back in the old country. Thus, she was fully able to pass her citizenship on to her little bastard.

Of course, it's all irrelevant anyway, since he was born in Honolulu, and the two citizen parent argument will prove to be a non-starter in the Supreme Court, if it ever gets there.

Being born en route was a possibility that I had mentioned as well. (Way back when) I didn't think it highly probable, but I thought it possible. My favorite theory is that Stanly Ann was sent away (common procedure for unwed pregnant girls in 1961) to Live in North West Washington with either Aunt Eleanor Birkebeile or Uncle Ralph Dunham, and ended up having him in Canada because that was the closest hospital.

Grandma Dunham filled out an affidavit of "at home" birth and thereby created the initial record.

I don't know if this is the truth, but it is my favored theory. Whatever *IS* the truth, I don't think we've heard it because everything Barack and Co has done from the beginning seems designed to obfuscate in a manner that would be way too much trouble for an innocent man.

I believe Barack has even mentioned in his book that there was something wrong or different about his birth certificate. Whatever is occurring, I don't think his documents can pass objective scrutiny.

If the Judge is astute, I think Obama is in trouble.
