Of course, Obama could reason that he’s not going to win Georgia anyway, so it’s no real loss not to be on the ballot.

Now, if he were to be kept off a swing state ballot, that might really be something to cause him grief.

One state at a time!!!

That's right! A victory in Ga. may lead to challenges in other states and raise questions in voters' minds as why Obama is not responding to these torts. He may be thinking that he wouldn't win these state anyway. But failure to respond to more challenges will raise the question "WHY??" even among independents.
