Why doesn't the Governor do exactly what Obama did with the “non-recess” recess appointments and have some lawyer write up a legal opinion that a quorum exists even when it doesn't then pass the bill.?

Personally, I kind of like how the “D's” are making themselves look like spoiled little kids during a major election year.

I hope that the R's are getting lots of sound bytes and visual’s to use against the D's in this fall's elections.

Since the R's outnumber the D's in this state one would think that they would be concerned about their public image. I guess they are more interested in doing the will of their union (probably public union) bosses, than in doing the will of the people of the State. I hope that is pointed out in the fall elections to everyone and the message is left that the same happens in WA DC at the federal level.

Saw Mitch Daniels for the first time last night. It seems like the Establishment GOP and Establishment ‘conservative’ media would like to slip him into the presidential primary. They are beginning to realize that their anointed candidate, Mormon Romneycare is toast. Is it too late to put in Mitch, and is he a RINO?
