If the decision of the administrative judge goes against Obama, his lawyer will immediately appeal to the 11th Circuit which will place a restraining order on the Georgia Sec of State, pending appeal. The court calendar will not schedule an appeal before the election at which point the issue will be moot. Nothing much will come of this, sad to say.

Sorry, but it will not go Federal immediately. This is a state election issue. It would go state appeal > state supreme > us supreme. Meanwhile, the a$$hole didn't show up in court. Courts don't like that, AT ALL. He would have to prove his bona fides as evidence has been presented he is not eligible. Not so simple at all.

Appeal on what grounds?..obama told the court and the GA. SOS to pound sand. How can they appeal a case they didn’t show up for in the first place?

Our beloved Country will a very different place a week from now...thanks to the integrity of one Secretary of State.

No.

An appeal would go to the Georgia Court of Appeals.

It would then go to the Georgia Superior Court.

This is a state issue. Not a federal issue.

Yeah federalism!

Near as I can determine the Feds do not have jurisdiction over the Georgia ballot eligibility law.

See the Virginia Primary Ballot Access event earlier this year.

Appeal? The defendant and/or counsel didn’t bother to even show up in court not even high powered Bob Bauer from Perkins Coie. Appeal is a moot point. Other states to follow same game plan. The fraud is toast.
